Wholesale Program for BannerBee Company LLC
We offer wholesale artisan honey, handcrafted candles and honey inspired all-natural personal care products to retailers.
Wholesale Customer Requirements
In order to purchase our honey, handcrafted candles and personal care products from bannerbees.com at wholesale prices, you must be a legal business owner with an online store or brick and mortar store. You must have a valid tax ID or resale number that allows you to purchase products wholesale. We will verify all of this information when you sign-up as a wholesale customer of BannerBee Company.
Wholesale Purchasing Requirements
Our minimum initial wholesale purchase amount for BannerBee Company LLC approved items is $200.00 after your discount and excluding shipping/handling costs. Subsequent purchases must be a minimum of $75.00 after your wholesale discount and excluding shipping/handling costs. No retail discounts, sales or special offers (including, but not limited to, FREE Shipping offers) apply to our wholesale customers.
Should your order include items that are not among our list of approved items, your total will be adjusted accordingly, and the adjusted amount will be charged. We will contact you via email for approval of any adjustments, including shipping, that are made to your order total prior to order processing.
All orders cancelled after production has begun (typically with 24-48 hours of payment) will incur a cancellation/restocking fee of 20%.
As an approved seller, you may set any markup you wish, provided that your retail price is not below the BannerBee Company LLC retail price as published on www.bannerbees.com.
All sales are final. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what will sell in his or her store and you assume this responsibility when you place your order. Sorry, no "buy-backs" or returns.
We will replace all damaged/defective merchandise for an identical item. Crystallized honey is not considered a defective product as it a natural process that occurs with raw honey over time. Creamed honey that has separated is not considered a defective product as it will naturally occur with temperature changes or exposure to sun/heat. Please contact us before returning any products. If items are received damaged contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations for exchange. All wholesale orders will be shipped with proper insurance and we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier and BannerBee Company LLC immediately. Shipping damages are not our responsibility and are therefore not entitled for refund or exchange.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments, personal and business checks. We only accept PayPal from Canadian wholesale customers. Payment is due and payable upon receipt of invoice. Shipment of products will be made upon receipt, in full, of total invoice amount due.
Shipping Policies for Wholesale Accounts
Our primary method of shipping is UPS with delivery confirmation. Retail shipping costs do not apply to wholesale orders. We will include the cost of shipping with your total purchase invoice and forward to you via email. Periodically, we ship via USPS, depending on the size of the order and the delivery location. Global Priority Mail is used for shipments to Canadian customers. Additional charges may occur due to customs and these charges will be the responsibility of Canadian customers.
Shipping Times for Wholesale Customers
Please remember that our items are handcrafted. This means that when you place your order, although we keep a sizable amount of product on hand, we might not have all the items that you have ordered. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your wholesale order to be processed. In the unlikely event that your lead time will be greater than 2 weeks, we will contact you via email to let you know right away.
Wholesale Customer Access
Upon acceptance into our wholesale program, you will receive a confirmation via email with your username and password to immediately gain access to our Wholesale catalog.
